Cancellation policy

You can cancel your order at no cost as long as it has not yet been dispatched. To do so, email us at contact@padelguardshop.com with your order number, and we will confirm the cancellation and issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Once an order has left our warehouse it can no longer be cancelled, but you remain covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee: see our Refund policy for how returns work.

PadelGuard does not sell subscriptions or recurring plans, so there is nothing to cancel after your purchase and you will never be charged again without placing a new order.
